Anyone find this odd? He wasn’t even with salix for 2 years.

Hilarious! We all know what happens now. Haha. How does the CFO, who is supposed to oversee the spinoff suddenly leave?!? Marketing folks are next. Ride this wave and yes these fools to death. Collect that paycheck and work another job like everyone else. The only option is for them to milk out xifaxan before it goes generic and try to sell the company. The valuation isn’t there and sales either soooo here comes chapter 11 q1, restructure/downsize, and you’ll be out on plans to force you out so they don’t have to pay severance. Writings on the wall.

What the HELL are you talking about ? Sales are strong - and will be through the end of the year ... Chapter 11 is not even a remote possibility - sure there is lots of debt , but there is also lots of cash flow ... The spin has been wayyy slow to get done , but the sky is not falling as you say ...

You think you know more about the financial situation here than the CFO? When you see key executive leaders running for exits, you can be assured they know something.

Good riddance .... He left for $$$ - happens all of the time .

He left because he knows there won’t be $$$ to collect here in short order. Salix went from the premier GI sales team with the best products in the space to a one trick pony with Xifaxan. Relistor and Trulance don’t come close to filling the gap left when we lost our IBD drugs Apriso and Uceris. And most of the growth with X550 is price increases.

    Salix is done.

He is leaving right after the 9/30 vesting schedule, before the spin-off which was supposed to happen 4 years ago, and before the court decision on Norwich. Management knows this is a dumpster fire, filled with sons/daughters and family/friends of BHC executives. The nepotism is unreal but I don’t blame them. Josh is also incompetent, never carried a bag, never lead a team, never worked in sales, never worked in actual Pharma, but did marketing for a BS dental company. It’s a joke….it’s no wonder this debt ridden company is where it is. Q1 is a turning point and will have another restructure, like it had in 2016.

Actually Josh did work in pharma before. He was in marketing at AZ. He got fired because he contributed NOTHING. Landed at Valeant through Orapharma and slid into the back door at Salix with the primary care launch. Latched on to the host like the leach he is and here we are.

    He never carried the bag.
    He was never a DM/RBM.
He never held a customer facing role.
    He was never an RD/ASD.

Bottom line; JC doesn’t know what we really do for a living. Anything he says should be dismissed. He is lazy and unable to bring any value.
