Company is in a complete tail spin. NSD for Ortho is an absolute tyrant DMS are boot licking yes men, that are afraid of their boss. Booth benefits and pay have been slashed over and over. Screwed us over on merit increases and then brag about our profits and growth. Two failed product launches in a row. Horrible sales data makes it almost impossible to calculate/validate your sales numbers. No growth or career development opportunities. Company sends out a 4 question survey and when the scores were terrible, they said oh wait, this actually about your manager not the company, so we’re sending it out again. Then brag about the score improvement. Then they send the same 4 questions out every few months and then DMs have a call with reps to essentially shame them for their poor scores. This company has become perfectly happy with hiring inexperienced reps for three years and then pushing them out the door. This company absolutely is failing in every way.

 

SN IS still in sales. Instantly promoted to a regional account director role. Before it was even posted. BC is an embarrassment to the organization. Huge egomaniac extremely toxic, shuts his people down. Heaven help you if you complain or try to change something. He bullies and intimidates everyone he works with. Unless I guess you screw him, then you get promoted…….twice……

BC is a mean degrading jerk but thinks he’s cool chill and everyone’s friend. Completely oblivious to the fact that everyone sees him for what he really is
