July 1st Respiratory ceases field promotion, going digital. I appreciate BI waiting 6 months for potential placement or opportunities elsewhere. What I don’t agree with is if an employee declines placement then they lose severance. Unfair to tenured representatives.

Some of us have invested wisely and can retire comfortably without having to do some stupid Jardiance PCP job. Have you ever noticed that this company is ALWAYS going through a reorg/downsize? Why would any one work here? Get paid yes, but work, no.
Very had to stay motivated when a severance package that one is hoping for might not happen because of a placement offer that someone close to retirement declines and therefore forfeits their severance. The company should do the right thing and give it to them.
