  1. Speak up. Who be on the chopping block. 80% of the salesforce should be. Low talent all around. Leadership is non existent. Well if you consider micro managing and conference calls leadership then you have it in abundance. Kerecis is now where all the decent former Integra reps have gone. That is nuts

Lets see if all the high salaried sales leadership can actual earn a paycheck. Coaching up shitty rookies is a little different than “managing” seasoned people. Price u pay for bottom feeding talent and no one w half a brain taking a job here.

LMAO, Kerecis is where all the butthurt Very Special Boys who felt they should be RBMs or ASDs slunk off to for an easy paycheck. Now they get to sit around all day reposting half-assed corporate videos to LinkedIn while still not selling squat and feeling like they are really sticking it to their old teams. Kerecis could throw money around because they are subsidized by the Icelandic government and found a way to monetize the discard piles of commercial fisheries. But Coloplast is going to want to see growth, which just isn’t going to happen for freeze dried cod jerky. Tick tock dummies, better freshen those resumés. Maybe you could try DME next; they’ll contract anyone with a pulse and a driver’s license.

Funny coming from someone like you who is most likely an empty suit. Keep pushing that ACell nonsense. Since all your other sh!t is on back order. Nice work dummies. Integra wound division is doomed. Just agree

It will be fun to see how Kerecis turns out. I do not believe the early "results" using fish skin are anywhere close to good. They have an over bloated sales force and feel hiring former Integra Reps is the key to success. Cant wait to see in a year or so how these former Integra Reps are feeling then, when Coloplast has to reel back in the spending spree that is currently going on there. Thats not sustainable. That product is also very expensive and requires multiple applications. Bad outcomes for doctors and an economic story that fails its own company and hospitals? Good luck.

Okay, Corey. Nothing is more expensive than meshed bilayer

    LOL ACell needs infinite applications

At least bilayer and ACell actually work, Captain Kerecis. Your product will be nowhere once you stop paying doctors to use it.
