We continue to not get quotas until the quarter is 1/3 over. This is the type of thing that breeds distrust and erodes confidence. Do better senior leadership, no one is buying the excuses.
One of the oldest practices in this industry, not unique to Alkermes…they watch early trends and then announce quotas that are likely unrealistic and difficult to reach. I once had occasion where first quarter quotas were not released until first week of March (not with this organization).
