For those of you that work for Amplity and have also worked at Syneos Health, which one would you prefer working for or does it really come down to the contract?

Yes, it depends more on the contract. Syneos offers company cars. Also, Syneos tends to have more job opportunities. Amplity has discretionary time off policy. Amplity offers car allowance and mileage.

I worked for both. Amplity pays better and has a fabulous PTO policy. I think the people are nicer too. Unfortunately, the contract ended but I would work for them again.

At least we can agree both are above Ashfield. I’ve heard Syneos pays better, but that’s probably contract dependent

Pay is contract specific. But Syneos offers discretionary PTO now too. I’ve been on the same contract for over4 years with no end in sight. Great culture and great place to work.

You could add Iqvia or Ashfield to this....it doesnt matter, they are all the same

Is there one company that tends to pay more or have better benefits, like 401K match etc.?

It really depends on the contract .

Amplity gets all the trash contracts that Syneos doesn't want

    That is absolutely not true

The smart money is to get a job at Syneos while still working at Amplity. It takes good organizational skills, lots of energy, and a bit of luck but you can manage it for awhile. Then decide for yourself who you’d want to work for…or stay with both.

Does Amplity accept a religious exemption for the jab requirement?

The accept a moron exemption, you’d obviously qualify

Worked for Quintiles, Syneos & Ashfield. Syneos seems to get more contracts & bigger sales force. Ashfield doesn’t get many contracts & salesforce tend to be smaller and short lived, plus no car

    Short lived for you maybe

It is highly recommended that you don't do contract sales unless you are trying to break in or are nearing retirement.

Both of these companies are terrible, by the way.

That is hilarious and also breaks a non-compete requirement.
