you have NO clue how a p&t manages a formulary. Every health plan and PBM prefers the high cost high rebate product. The AG is a 35% WAC discount. None of that discount goes to the health plan/PBM. The all-in rebate for Farxiga is close to 80% (which the PBM keeps and uses to offset premiums to attract new clients.)

Now, pull out your calculator. Which is a better financial deal for the health plan? A 35% WAC discount OR a rebate around 80% WAC? Don’t hurt yourself thinking too hard. Let the calculator do the work.

you stick with dropping samples and delivering Panera.

Would be nice if we could use the copay card for the generic. Started hearing from docs this week that some plans were charging patients > $30 for month supply. I had one of my doctors get pissed at me because he was confused about what to prescribe. He finally said he’s never had issues like this with Jardiance. Theee goes sole business.

Instead of being a prick, just educate those that may not know. Now GFY, you self absorbed POS.

your parents coddled you too much. There aren’t any participation trophies for pharma reps that can’t do their job or don’t understand market dynamics.

make sure you order Panera before 8:00PM to ensure on time delivery for tomorrow. And get your milk run ready for your sales director Tuesday.

You just described a sizable percentage of us, right there!
I am not trying to be holier than thou here. But the lack of access plus the lack of being held accountable really makes this job perfect for...oh, lets say a parent that has to drop the kids off at 745 and pick them up at 300. Or one that coaches a Junior High sports team. Or one that started a small biz that requires that they be at their desks during the week from 3:00-7:30p

Ordering Panera Bread is so 2010..Any Pharma rep worth his/salt uses EZ Cater & filters to the 5X rewards caterers..I cashed those reward points in for $2500 worth of Amazon gift cards last year!

Ha!!! This is great. We have a delusional rep that thinks his job is safe. Go AZ CV!! What part of you thinks AZ is going to contract against themselves? This is the reason they agreed to come. out with an authorized generic. Wake up dumb ass. Go play in your room and let the adults talk.

Why are they posting jobs to sell Farxiga right now? If it's May lay off someone is barely through training. Seems like a large expense to occur to not have a plan?

who says I am a rep? Delusional is accurate, but I’m not a rep. Herein lies the problem with our reps. They ASSUME way too much instead of asking questions and seeking answers.

right. I keep telling doctors that it’s more affordable than Jardiance. And to use the copay card. That’s been backfiring quite a bit. Doc offices are saying they’ve been having more trouble prescribing the generic version. And they’ve said the copay card doesn’t work either. Had 1 doc say it feels like a bait and switch thing and he’s pissed (not at me) about the aZ shenanigans with this product. Another doc said he has switched a couple patients OFF Farxiga and moved them to Jardiance. That sucks.

all because of some dunderheads working in corporate can’t get their heads out of each others asses. I’m all for ass play, but not when it comes to my job.

The fact you repeatedly post on different threads saying may 31 with no context. You really think they’re not gonna have a sales force promoting Farxiga with two years of patent life left? Try again. Either say who is getting laid off or quit posting, troll.
