    I didn't realize until recently DEI at Lilly is just a legal way to discriminate against white people.

    For you to make the statement that white people are discriminated against, you first have to admit minorities were discriminated against also. If you look back at history, white people have had a pretty good run…..

    Nobody ever said minorities weren't discriminated against in the past dumb ass. They were. And in 2024 whites are discriminated against. If you can't see that, you are blind

    It's been a trend for awhile now. Just look at recent fulfilled management positions. 8/10 times they go to a certain group

    So you’re suggesting that Racism is perfectly acceptable for HR’s in 2024 as long as it targets innocent people who had no control or decision over being born w/ male sex organs, Caucasian/European genetic makeup & what decade they were born???

    If this is the way forward, then the USA is most certainly doomed by this race dividing grift created by Democrats/Elites under the guise of DEI & ESG! Don’t believe me, just wait & see! While they continue to bait us against one another based on race/gender to keep us distracted/fragmented, they are becoming untouchable & all powerful both economically & politically. That’s called “Check Mate!” btw…

    Also, before you brainwashed crackpots start attacking me, I’m not white & I’m definitely not male! Everyone knows this will end very badly for us common folks (no matter race or gender) who have to go to work everyday!

    I swear, Lilly must have a lock on fragile and mediocre guys. My second pharma company and their job since graduation, and I have never seen such a load of petulant cry-babies. I hope that you're just trolls sent here from OAN and Fox and Levin's show. If not, perhaps an injection of some testosterone is needed.

    Agreed. I also enjoy learning about other cultures in an educational setting. Lilly shoves DEI down our throats as if all cultures except for whites are prioritized. DEI emails, phone calls, Champ roles, have no business in the corporate world

    Yeah, tell that to all the recruiters and hiring managers who are now a DEI individual in a position of power. A DEI hiring manager will hiring a DEI candidate every single time whether it's legal or not. I'm glad got in Lilly 12 years ago. They'd never hire me today. Im Too old and too white which is literally opposite of what they look for
