Another stupid decision at Bayer. This one will be hard to recover and the golden prostate is now an afterthought. Marketing who is used to all the power have been pushed aside and now this AGM leadership are at the top. It’s ugly and lots of power struggles. Hot mess

 

It’s all pitiful. What is glaringly obvious is the lack of communication between CF and PP teams. What once was driving the ship and direction (ahem Nub brand team) is now being blocked by CF leadership. It’s a clear disconnect and quite frankly Nicole lost all her power. Simon too for that matter. Looks like Paul is steering this vessel. Nonetheless it’s a total cluster no transparency, everyone is being told to take the reins and do what they want but not everyone is aware of or capabilities or support to do everything they want. Bill thinks it’s letting people take charge but without process for an org this large it will fail. It’s very clear it’s not working already and everyone has to my autonomy with very little awareness of who does what and how things work. Blind is leading the blind here.

 

Meanwhile, the reps are not working and undermining each other. Feels like the parking lot fight scene from the movie Anchorman.

 

It goes both ways….if you have a prostate AGM then the TM reps are ignored and left out. This whole situation is a nightmare….we have completely lost our purpose. The mission should read: “Unhealthy for all, hunger games for everyone”

Don’t hold your breath. Numbers and ranking here have never been accurate no matter what they say- it’s the worst I’ve ever seen in this industry and I’ve worked for many companies. It’s a joke

There is corporate bureaucracy between the sales leads and marketing that are so evident. Power struggles at best. What I do know is everybody wants to impact us in the field yet? We’re being ignored by our sales leaders. We have no direction on calls per day or productivity metrics. It’s just pure chaos. The field now wishes that they received a package and we’re able to leave because this place After six months of the start of this, our gaps are wide and deep and the direction we’re going is sad unstable and incredibly concerning for a vast majority of us in the field. No wonder we’re being poached and people are leaving the vibe. we’re sitting here is not the same vibe we want, nor the one you’re sharing on all of your post across the organization. This Pharma company is dead start over damage is not repairable

 

ahhh FRM here what about us? There seems to be no value in a full FRM sales force here anymore. It was evident last year when you cut a lot of head count and now with this new model you claim we are appreciated yet behind our backs you are hiring CMM in contract to pilot it out. Pilot? Is it it works well you chop us out? Heard that a lot of companies are now outsourcing nurses, FRM and MSL colleagues and Bayer may be heading there as well. I feel a wave for us coming on. Some of us smarter FrMs are already on our way out to greener pasture’s

 

Can we say shot show? And all the AGMs are doing is troll these threads and sit around in their virtual meetings talking about what we put on here. Wake up and actually do something! You’re all so out of touch

 

How can we even provide pinnacle winners for RSMs from 2023 when we dissolved 13 or the 15 managers in Oncology? Then you pick someone and give him a trip for coming in 4/5th when he was one of 3 men standing. That is completely wrong and so frustrating that you would reward someone on the backs of other teams who actually won. Then loser Liguori goes on LinkedIn to congratulate his team for winning when the real team that should have won and lost their manager has to witness the embarrassment. Wow have you no class? Really losing touch here AGMs. So tacky and tasteless all around. Sad to watch
