Telemedicine making it even harder to get time with internal medicine prescribers. Extremely important to get and cash stock options. There will be more layoffs and at least you have a safety net with cashing stock options.
Staying at this company until retirement is as likely as winning the lottery. Pension not as generous as before. Invest wisely and cash your stock options. Everyone needs to plan for life afterwards.
