    Don't be obtuse.

I was on the MED team and our insurance cards for 2022 were sent out LATE DECEMBER 2021 with an APRIL 2022 expiration date. That's not a full Japanese fiscal year.

    I said what I said.

They have been recutting territories for 3 months. Not sure how deep but GI and Neuro will look different. As with past cuts there are many factors that go into the decions. HR drives the bus to protect the company. Geography, race, age, gender, ratings ect. Always the same but we never know all the ingredients. I do know that geography plays a bigger part of the pie. That is who fits in the new territory’s. Don’t forget how Takeda enjoys a good bag mix change. Not sure when but it’s getting close.

why is this so hard to believe? Does a drug as old as Trintellix really need 250 reps? It’s almost more unbelievable if they don’t realign.

It’s incredibly believable. No momentum, no experience reps as place holders, old product, no pipeline. A pause in hiring class til July. Blood is in the water, the company doesn’t do anything to support growth as is, 250 is not needed and neither is the leadership heads who have gotten everything wrong since covid.

Our leaders should be called to the carpet for this current mess. But typical for us, we will continue to bounce around, making mistake after mistake while the competition makes bold moves.

Sad day for Takeda. Overforecasted for the umpteenth time. Get it together.

spreadsheets in on numbers of course. You're fired. Donuts are slashed. Doctors hungry. Fake calls cut.
