I acknowledge your perspective, but let's be clear—it wasn't the FMLT's doing; Rav and Joni were the ones at fault. We were constrained in our actions. Moreover, during restructuring, it's typically not the leadership teams that face the consequences. Unfortunately, this means headcount reductions and territory realignment.

 

You can’t blame Rav and Joni completely because the FMLT was sequestered giving them the feedback on what should be changed and the leaders around them have failed all of us. So we will continue the suffrage…..not saying every member of leadership is wrong for the job but so many of them here when Joni and Rav were here are just ineffective leaders

 

Don't worry. LT will blame Bea on CP when she gets promoted to somewhere else. There's no changing the LT.

Good morning - speaking of destruction, yet another avoidable war started last night thanks to us prez incompetent and weakness- I know this has happened routinely over last 3 years, but it should never be normal - expect higher prices here as our taxes pay for yet another one

Bea, you are working side by side with these people if you haven't figured this out yet from your weekly team meetings and watching these retros and the contributions or questions your LT had then you are also part of the problem and no matter what ZS tells you to change and you keep your leadership table looking the way it does today... nothing will improve.

 

So Cathy is absent from our national team calls for the last 6 months and she finally shows up to tell us they are going to start measuring everything from our field days to how many breaths we're taking a day. We are so moving away from impactful work and just more is more is more which will become garbage in is garbage out. This is complete BS - Cathy how about you show up more often than to delivery BS garbage like this just continually losing respect for you WHY ARE YOU EVEN STILL HERE?
