225 TRx Scripts for AirSupra in a quarter. WTF is wrong with these Leaders? That’s 7X from Q1 Goals. Is Medicare and Medicaid coming this month or something? First they Screwed the CVRM Team with Goals in Q1 that were 2X their current Market Share. We all knew that the goals were going to at least double for Airsupra but 5X-7X is un-attainable…..and we were really motivated….Not Anymore. I’ve only been with one other company that knew how to De-Motivate their representatives better than AZ.
All these comments must be from people who are new to the industry and don’t understand how it works. Y’all didn’t say anything when 75% of the sales force blew away the Q1 goals
Yeah and the 25% who didn't still got crazy ass goals. Also, don't blame the field for a brand team & senior RST and PCX leadership that has no clue on how to determine goals. Lazy and inept but boy they all know how to kiss ass to get to the next position. Look at the leader of Airsupra... already moved on. A chosen one meaning a white Brit who sounds confident on stage.
