    There are no marketing materials per se, the targets are so bad. For Womens health we should have known we were in big trouble when someone mentioned they utilized LoE data for some of their market research. Complete bafflement they wouldn’t be looking for direction for the wh brand from ppl with experience working with this specialty. Gemtessa strategies are no better. Why haven’t we been in the gyn space all along? Target lists are also a joke? What company do we pay for such bad data?

    Specialty Gemtesa reps have been going into gyn/obgyn this entire time. They were just recently taken away from us. Up your knowledge.

    Get back to catering those orders son. No time for that sassy tongue. Gemtesa reps only have 6-12 months left on their jobs.

    We've all seen how well the PCP/MSPEC reps perform at this company. Look at the numbers. Leadership knows you ain't it.

    Face it our time is limited here. Goals keep decreasing, well for some not all, payout has been lowered LTI may or may not be paid out 5/31 Communication is non-existent Majority reps interviewing elsewhere. This has been a s*** show from the start. Wish I took the severance last year and found another job while waiting out for June 30 to arrive. Can’t wait for the call on may 23. Maybe the ship will be sunk. Battleship your move.

    Face it, MD and the new Jens loyalties are going to lie with the sunovian ppl. It has been very clear the leadership does not understand the ob space nor care enough to learn

    I love those calls, the doom and gloom, but, then they try to make it look like with the changes they made, things could get better. I think I’ll listen in just for a good laugh

    Get out the fire hose!!!! We are all driving cars with 100,000 miles plus and no word on fleet. We don’t have marketing materials. Now limited samples. Thanks SMPA. You guys are killing it .

    Easy there fella! Japan only cuts one sales division per fiscal year. 2023 and 2024 cuts already accounted for. Gemtesa next on the cut list but not until fiscal year 2025.

    Awww must have struck a nerve. I would encourage you to look at the performance metrics for reps selling Gemtesa that are NOT specialty. You'll see a very clear picture.

    Nah my nerves are fine. Funny how things work on this site. When the truth is spoken, the truth is spoken. No nerves or hurt butts whatsoever. Good luck with your job outlook over there. I would not bank on it lasting more than 12 months.

    If you give this place 12 months or less, you are speaking the truth. Also, if you have moved on to greener pastures, you have vision. Now if you remain at the company and feel you have a future there……. Well you are delusional and have issues. Good luck being you pal.
