Looking at a position in virology. What are your thoughts?

 

Depends what color you are. The director has created one of the most racial toxic evniroments I have ever experienced. She knows nothing about HIV and even less about sales.

 

be very careful, this is a sinking ship because of the leadership. As previous poster said, toxic racial environment after black female leader was brought in from the outside and proceeded to destroy the culture. Hard to believe that Merck leadership isn't doing anything about it. Some good people on the team but the products are irrelevant to customers.

 

We deserve better. Most of us have been working in hiv a long time and and weve had some good leaders. This woman knows nothing about hiv and we never hear from her because she spends all her time with the CLs.

 

You missed the boat, 20 years ago would have been a good time, this therapeutic class has sailed.

Cindy and your minions please stop replying to this thread and learn about HIV maybe see a customer and NOT cancel last minute after reps set up appointments for you. Your lack of knowledge about the sales team and their customers is embarrassing. How do you live with yourself knowing you were not the most qualified but a quota.

 

Is leadership doing anything about this? We put feedback in the pulse survey and Cody claims he's given feedback but it doesn't appear that anything is being done. So much for safe to speak up!

colored leaders?

 

CL = community liaison (aka complete losers who are managed by 2 colored leaders). Complete waste of $

 

J&J stepped up and fired all the CL’s in October ‘23 along with the field sales group and internal.

Funny thing is nobody noticed

 

Incompetence has no color.

 

If Cynthia has her way, all reps will be fired and replaced with CLs. Look where she spends all of her time.

 

is there any kind of pipeline for virology? I thought their days were numbered

 

they have a relatively solid pipeline. A once a week str should be coming out in a year or two and then they have several other products coming as well
