The IC survey is LIVE… what should we be asking for? What feedback would be most helpful to make the plan better? If many of us provide similar feedback there is a better chance of something being done about it. I’ll start- take away the payout scale for performance. If you hit 80% of your goal you should receive 80% of your payout. Where else in life do you receive 30% payout for a performance of 80%?? In college that would mean you receive an “F” grade for a grade of 80? In my world an 80 is a B not an F! How does that make sense?
What doesn't make sense is operating under the assumption that your suggestion to pay out more in bonuses will be met with something other than laughter and derision. You do understand they are going to shitcan half the C.V. force in the next 12 months, right?
How about buying a higher level of data or whatever it’s called. We buy a cheap tier of data now and it doesn’t capture enough of what’s generated. Agree with the original poster - pay for what we generate. So sick of vacant territories winning presidents club or the same reps year after year. And increase target funding

Tell them to stop trying to weasel out of paying us with all the numbers shenanigans. First, we have all the data we need with Leqvio via the 867 data. When our customers buy it, we should get paid for it. The only reason to try to tie it to individual providers or patients is to ignore actual account selling and up their provider based metrics game….oh, and since there never is nor will be accurate claim data, it will allow the crooks to not pay us on some of those units we sold. How about recognizing and paying the territories that have generated the most Leqvio sales? Until Novartis figures out how buy and bill works and pays us accordingly, this product will keep underperforming.
