the company is boomed unfortunately. The national sales director only experience is Kowa. That says it all. If you are still thinking there is going to be a co-promote then you’re a little delusional. The current upper management can’t handle a drug launch or co-promote. Be realistic.

I believe it is called an “award”; you aren’t a bounty hunter. As for the timing, I also believe that we got ours at the same time that the top award winners take their trip to align them all together. But I don’t think you care about historical timing or facts, you just want to roil the water with your constant yammering. You can always tell who doesn’t have facts on their side as they tend to utilize playground name calling in its place.

 

I’m fully aware of the facts. The facts are we have been working at a company that has had no drugs to sell for the past 5 months because the leadership team has monumentally failed the company including its Japanese owners. You can conveniently choose to turn a blind eye to this glaringly obvious fact but the majority of sane reps at the company will not..
We’ve continuously been grossly mislead and strung along through one failed promise after another and forced to sit idly by as they continue to make a mockery of whatever is left of the company but please, by all means, continue to defend the company that’s forcing you to pretend to sling vitamin B supplements as a form of continued training for the past 7 weeks. Take your superfluous facts that yes we are all aware of, and shove it up your brown nose.

 

I apologize; I didn’t realize you are not a free person able to pursue things that would make you happier as if that is possible. Please don’t think this audience didn’t recognize that you couldn’t resist reverting to playground name calling to conclude your childish rant. All positive wishes that you find a home elsewhere.

Perfectly said. It’s unfortunate but if you’re still here and not looking then that’s even more unfortunate. KPA isn’t what it use to be. The upper management does not have the experience or man power to launch a drug or successfully do a co-promote. It is sad they are making reps do months of silly training on vitamin B supplements…you’d be crazy not spending this time looking for other jobs. They have been leading the reps that are left on for over a year now. These silly names like “Omaha” and “Artic” are all a distraction of just buying time without doing a layoff.

 

Oh c'mon. There's definitely a deal about to close, and we are more than competent to call on our customer base plus a few new accounts and sell this thing. I just wish you whiners would go elsewhere and bring down the vibe there.

 

The delusion of the reps that are still die hard determined to believe the gaslighting of the leadership team and continue to defend them one bad decision after another, is flabbergasting to me. I sure wish I could be as ignorant as ya’ll the bliss must be phenomenal.

 

The delusion is people like you that have either left and come back to comment or that are still here and incapable of getting out. Damn, that is a prison for individuals that have no future because he/she/they/them aren’t talented enough to separate from the pack.

The worst thing Kowa ever did was to rethink the hiring protocol and hire immature, inexperienced, ungrateful narcissists with no work ethic, such as yourself.
