Wow! I came back to this site because I wanted to ask if anyone who has worked for KMR/Western Medical Group was having problems getting paid. Not only did I get my question answered, but reassurance that leaving the company was without a doubt the best decision.

Is anyone pursuing legal action??? Please let me know because I am pissed! I have made several calls to "HR" with no return phone call. I have sent emails without any response. There has to be something we can do. It seems to me that there are to many of us who are owed the money for work (and a whole lot of drive time) that we put in until we got smart.

If nothing else, what other venue can we use to get the word out about this company? Maybe we can save some other folks from having to go thru what we did, but most importantly, make the seniors and the Doctors very aware what this company is all about!!

To all the Reps out there that still haven't gotten paid, I've got some great information for you. Per counsel, I was told to write a letter to the KMR Medical/Western Medical Group and cc the following:

    Your local Chamber of Commerce
Asst. Attn Gen of your county
City of States Gov't offices (ex: State of FL is Tallahassee)
Att. Gen of the State of Utah

    KMR Medical's address is:

    831 E 340 S Ste 150, American Fork, UT 84045

I am writing my letter as we speak. I am not backing down!

    Good luck everyone!!

Ok, so they have had more than a week to lick their wounds. Who do we get a hold of to find out when we will get paid? Any suggestions?

    Sincerely,

What are you gonna do? Fire me?!

You will not be paid they have no way to generate income since they fired everybody. They continue to expect you to answer calls from the elderly and dont want to accept responsibility.

Please explain - did they fire all the reps - if so what is going on?
For all of us it would be appreciated if someone could give us more insight. Maybe a bit of karma going to bite them in their ass.

Any recent X-employees of KMR on this thread? What is the current status of the company? I tried calling but got a really odd US Lifecare Rep. He seemed very evasive when I asked about KMR. I am not county on getting paid but would like to know if anyone out there knows if there is a remote possibility? Are they still operating??

The sales team was notified on May 2nd that no more appts would be set and their services would no longer be needed. Access to the CRM was cut off first and then the email notification late that evening. NO word since. They have no money and are desperate for cash. The only request that was made - send back your stuff so they could sell it and make some money.

It was mentioned that no checks were sent that week but they would be in the future. My thought - GOOD LUCK and I hope you do - but do not count on it at all.

I find it interesting that the KMR site is still active.

I do enjoy Cafepharma. Thanks for all who contribute in a positive manner

KMR was a horribly run and ethically unsound. Ripping off Medicare, taking full advantage of senior citizens and screwing over the people they hire was the KMR gangs business plan. Keep googling Jody Rookstool and the rest in the future. It will be interesting to see what they come up for their next brilliant phone sleezy solicitation sales scam coming to a phone near you straight from the Phillipines. To all the reps that were there for a while knowing full well you were participating in a really shady way to make "the big buck" -SHAME ON YOU" - especially the reps who had previous medical/pharma/DME experience - you get what you deserve - GOOSE EGG!! There is a morale here. Greedy people suck and eventually get what they deserve!!!

    Oh, still laughing.....

My 1st clue was the job posting for a medical "executive" to find business cards that said "specialist". My favorite part was when I questioned the switch... I was told what does it matter? As long as you get paid well.

I did not get paid well but spent plenty of money working there. There is no way to keep track of sales since they cut the CRM off. (let me guess.... trust them because they are working on it) I heard a lot of blah, blah, blah.... Doing the right thing for the customer. I paid for those calls with my time, gas, insurance and cell phone bill. The call center? They scheduled an appointment by one criteria only.... Someone answered the phone.

Mistakes were made. That I understand. Keeping us in the field spending our own money knowing the ship was sinking was more than a mistake. I sent my tablet back promptly and still listening to the crickets chirping.

How much time did you spend as a rep? Can you estimate how much they owe you? Also, if they don't file for bankruptcy I am wondering if the possibility exists to file a class action lawsuit to collect.

I am guessing here but you probably won't see one penny from KMR. Their CRM tracking was horrible while I worked there and after I left. If you actually saw three pay checks, you could try and average them and submit it. What is still filtering through their half-baked billing system willl most like not be tracked - that is if they are still attempting to finish out submissions. My guess is if there are a ton of opened orders, they will try and get as much billed out as they can. There has to be hundreds or even thousands of orders that have not been paid out. From what I have seen how they operate, they will take the money and run. Possible payoff outstanding debt. Most likely split it amongst themselves. The other possibility is they may be in deeper doo doo then we know. Plain and simple, you just don't F with Medicare. If anyone has inside info. lay it out here. It would be good to know. I am not counting being paid out.

Still operating in radio silence. The least they could do is send out a communication. Share with us what is going on. It is not too much to ask from those whom claimed "doing the right thing" was paramount in their business practices. Ok, it's time to pony up.

Show us the "right" thing please? I would like to see accountability and responsibility from their leadership.

I heard Medicare wants over $300K back from these guys. And I can not imagine Medicare is still working with them. All their troubles lie with maintaining their Medicare compliancy.

Medicare stopped paying and then decided they wanted $300k comped.

Scary picture for these guys. Reap what you sow - is that in the book of mormon?

Makes complete sense which is why they were in a rush to get their equipment back in a timely manner. Once Medicare, as the previous post states, decided they were due 300K and apparent to KMR that weren't going to get reimbursed for future brace sales it came to an abrupt halt.
