    Really, people are quitting because the dont know any specifics? Sure. You aren't trying to use reverse psychology on the upper mgmt are you? How sneaky, hee hee. They will se your post and say "oh no, people are quitting because we arent telling them specifics." Then, they realize their mistakes and tell us everything and all of their plans. Great work, hee hee, I think this is going to work.

    That may be true given the uncertain nature at present within oncology. These people have left for many reasons that include the above, compliance audits, greater opportunity with equity, management turnover with present leadership that has shown questionable managerial skills, no advancement opportunity, MBOs and not pay-for-performance and lack of Medical support with clinical trials and new publications.

    It is all a recipe for doom and gloom which is what we are experiencing. Either live with it or find something else. This is the true nature of our industry today.

    Who will come work here?

    Shankster and Claudia are gone..great reps and people.... Many companies wanted them why let them go? why not make this a place where they would want to stay?

    Because we have a vp and sales director who are poor managers and have little awareness due to apathy. The defections will continue in earnest. Teva is blind.

    Teva just hired a crapload of reps and MSL's for oncology. They probably aren't too worried about reps quitting.
