    It is time to get this "bull...." done with. The stress levels are very high and people tried??? Let us know what is next so we can move forward!!

    rumor I guess. But it comes from a supervisor on the production lines who's been there a long time so I trust it.

    Like I said before...once they hear we know the date, they change it...Lay-offs are tomorrow 2/21

    I just heard late February because of a screwup involving paperwork/legal/government.
    They wanted to do it late Jan.

    RIF notification (if tomorrow) *IS* the WARN letter.

    Anyone affected remains on the payroll for 60 days -- Satisfies the WARN requirements.

    2/21/13 is the next layoff. 450-500. No new products in the pipeline. Goodbye Temecula!

    Yes we are all as indispensable as the poor souls on the Titanic. I think the layoffs are political in nature, to attack Obama Care!

    Yes the worst thing about it all is the stress.... Hearing that there are more riffs coming every six months destroys morale. Granted the Costa Rica site is online and is cheaper to manufacture there but the biggest problem is lack of new products. The only innovation I've seen at this innovation center is how to make new metrics to fool themselves into thinking things are well. Good luck to the my hardworking peers who deserve better.
