    That pretty much says it all. No matter what Amedisys ISN'T telling it's employees. They probably think they are going to get fined and move on. The "fine" was the decrease in Medicare reimbursement for home health care services and the Face-To-Face regulations put into effect this year....the real kicker is going to be the ramifications to the executives if fraud is proven. $100,000.00 bonuses will be very hard to spend when sitting in jail in an orange jumpsuit!

    All you need to know is fraud....fraud....fraud...and lets be sure that we blame all the AE's for it.
    It will be their fault even if they can't blow their nose without the DOO's and AVP's permission.

    nothing is going to happen, the whole thing is a scam. Its who pays who off. I worked at three homecare agencies in 10years they are all the same, one big ponzi scheme.

    What makes you think that the executives will be held accountable? In Florida our Governor Rick Scott's company was found guilty of massive medicare fraud and he is now our governor. Look at how poorly Apria has performed year after year. They were kicked off the stock exchange and they still operate.
