    drugs in pipeline seem cool, but the managers are the same types everywhere else. big pharma, constantly claiming they arent. kind of hard to shake of 20 years at Bohringle and claim you arent big pharma....sorry kirk.

    Lately, their actions speak so loudly, I can barely hear their words. Thought things were looking better when bought by Kadmon but 3RP folks are still running the show.... into the ground. Too bad.

    so true. insane emails from abms about the number of calls being made and being recorded daily? checking how many time reps log in to inview? asking for itemized receipts all of the sudden, when for years it was never needed?

    and these are just the examples from this week...

    and if you hear anything about a hospital anitbiotic that you will be getting in a month or two....thats being sold by a contract sales team. you will never touch it.

    oh and at the managers meeting a lot of discussion about people making too much money in base salary...seems like a nice way to spend a meeting. wtf?

    if you are currently selling ribapak for $100k+ base salary consider yourself the luckiest person in the world. of course it wont last forever, because they can get people for half that amount but take it while its good.

    its just a place to lay your head and steal checks each week. every single person i talk to here just laughs at this place but is grateful to be so overpaid.

    this is why companies are beginning to hire msl's and not sales reps - keep it up and the sales function in pharma will be gone

    isn't one of the managers a nurse - she was part of the clan that came over as a unit

    Just joined Kadmon and got back from my first NSM. Overall, it was pretty good. Heard there was some drama at meeting involving some guy named Blake. Anyone have any info? Is it true that he has a mugshot online? How does he still have a job after causing a problem at the meeting and being arrested? Are these the kind of people Kadmon hires?

    i heard the rep wanted to work in managed access so took a position at specialty pharma - is this true - heard they could not fill trenton territory - why is this - can you be more specific - appears there is no moving up in the company - are you all not afraid of the background of the founder of the company....................the pipeline looks good - is it? thanks for any input.....

    DB isnt bad i hear...shes pretty typical of most managers. most people on her team dont seem to mind working with her. im at HQ so its kind of hard for me to really tell. but thats my impression.

    advancement isnt here and probably wont be for a looooooong time...if at all. good luck to u!!!

    Met her - wasn't impressed. A primary care manager masquerading as a specialist.
