Welcome to the board Joyl. Add you and Kate together and you have zero competencies. Schmocker kiss asses. We continue to suffer under CS's poor decisions and these terrible leaders. Serenity now!

Michele rocks. I'm surprised she stayed this long with this sorry-assed, has-been company.

Look, we all know who you are are because YOU were the only one that she "bad-mouthed". Pfizer manages to lose all of the good Managers and keep the POS ones. Pfizer does this on purpose, to keep morale low and employees afraid of losing their jobs so, they will work harder. This is the Pfizer (and big Pharma) way. If Pfizer only knew that people who are rewarded for a job well done and appreciated will work harder and be even more productive, Pfizer would be much more respected and would have a chance to survive when most Pharmaceutical companies become extinct!

Michele was a super manager. There may have been some people who did not like her but she was a great manager. She cared for her people, which is something that is lacking from today's managers for the most part. She actually had some creative ideas, which we definitely could use versus the robots that we currently have. Finally, she was not afraid to say what was on her mind even if it went against the company grain. That is probably why she is not with Pfizer any longer. Anyone who cares about people, is a good creative leader and will say what needs to be said is no longer welcome with Pfizer. Things that made this company grow are no longer tolerated and that is why Pfizer is going downhill. We have too many YES managers currently who are afraid to (1) Do the right thing. (2) Show people they care about them (3) Be realistic.

Americans get constant ass-whoopings from their own corporate leaders and they lay down and take it every time. Where was that macho American attitude of yours when Pfizer was laying off tens of thousands of Americans? Oh right, you were bending over and touching your toes with your cheeks trembling. Americans have become a bunch of sheep who bleat loudly.

That sad date is when Michelle passed away. Nothing to do with job loss. She is very much missed by her family and friends.

Michele was great to me. Found her to be very sharp and engaging if you were willing to engage her. Rest in peace and God bless
