Aesthetics Expansion Territory - FL

Can anyone give some insight on the manager in N. FL/Jax for aesthetics?

I got a call from a recruiter regarding this postion. Knowing recruiters sometimes "inflate" the comp package to gain interest, could someone shed some light on realistic total comp?

Base of 80-110.
Salary is 16k per qtr at 100%. Most exceed 100%.
Last year 27 of 83 reps made over 100k in bonus alone.
Quottas are tough but realistic. People that bitch about them don't realize how good we have it here.
Great opportunity. A lot of the complaining you see on this site is from the derm dividion. Be sure to clarify.
