uh, I am 41, I have a 31 inch waist, it is easy for me to keep the fat off, I have a lot of anger, to control it I run 4 to 6 miles every morning, swim laps for 30 minutes at lunch and head down to the basement to lift weights after my kids go to bed at night. I tired spending more time with my wife but she keeps her head in facebook. I plan on leaving her this year (that will resolve my anger issues) but will I will never get a beer gut again.
