Serious question please.....

I was wondering...outside of all the bad comp plan, code issues etc...which apparently are not good,...what about the product itself? I am contemplating a position here, but was asking my Uros and friends who sell slings, etc....about bulking. Nearly all of the Uros and my device reps tell me everyone is moving away more and more from bulking since nearly everyone can sit for a TVT and so this bulking stuff has "fallen out of favor" as they put it.

Is that an accurate assessment of this product's outlook? Do you guys find the Uros/Uro-Gyns using this product with good frequency (and not losing frequency)? Are the growth goals you're given/expectations achievable or not at all?

What kinds of issues/resistance do you get from the Drs?....and are they easy to overcome? With both the bulking and the Urgent PC product.

In a nutshell, would you recommend a friend of yours to this company/position? Can you work here, grow your territory, make the money they say you'll make and be here for a few years at least? (I know all territories are different....but generally speaking). Would you come here now, knowing what you already know?

Please....honest feedback is appreciated....(I don't mind negative, if it's honest)
