Can we really sell on Renal Safety

Ok... I was confronted by a Dr. today on our safety in the Renal impared patient.

He highlighted our renal area and it states that we are a risk benifit and we should be used in caution in patients with Crcl of 30<.

He said he does not trust a word a say now.

Caution not contraindication. I sold on that and the doctors have used it. No issues. More monitoring are required for these patients.

Make sure the you point out that the reason for this is to monitor for severe hypocalcemia! That's the reason. Not because it affects the kidney. READ the package insert, the study, and the detail piece.
