Did joshieboy fail again?

We've had more than several years to get payors ready. How can this be? Either joshieboy failed bigtime or noone is buying a second line drug.

Looks like failure to execute or, maybe, asleep at the wheel or, other more important things to do. By the way, I don't know who "joshieboy" is. I'm just talking about why we had such a poor sales 1/4.

On the earnings call senior management was blaming reimbursement. That's joshieboy's land since he was hired as his friend led cms. The guy had no pharma experience before amgen and he's head of the department. Same amgen story for other departments
