Abbott or OMN?

Abbott or Ortho McNeil? If you had two offers, which would you take?

Abbott...OMN has yearly realignments with some major layoffs. They refer to these as redeployments and promise you that they will find you a job withing J&J. Abbott.

After meeting the stuffed suits with OMN, I agree with the above poster. RUNH - don't walk- AWAY from OMN!!!!

Abbott for sure...laid back culture, never had any major layoffs, operates fairly lean in Neuro...would not go to Abbott primary care though...Managers that I have interviewed with are pretty cool...they dont BS you
