I agree to the above posters, I have a question and I hope to get some clarity, first are we paid on the exit share of "new" or "total" Rx?

2) Is the exit share the very last day of the month or an average of the last week or month? I hear different answers all the time.

Thanks

Exit share sounds a little scary. Like the way the bonus is about to make its final exit.

Again is it "New" or "Total"

And the exit share is it the last week average, month, or is it just whatever the final day of the month was on September 30th

I think its sad that most reps really don't fully understand how we get our bonus because Merck has it own math system 2+2= 3 if we are talking about how much they have to pay out. Also it's like a 5-1 ratio of Merck taking away our bonus compared to they make the error and say we owe you more.

Banghead Re: How about those third quarter Januvia share targets

The above poster told you. Trx means total. Nrx means new. We are currently being paid on total. I'm sorry but if you don't understand how the bonus plan works, that's your own fault. Not only were we given a booklet at 1S, but it's posted on the FSnet.

The national target is so high that you get absolutely noting when you plug the numbers into the form from the FSNET

There are clusters in the New England areas with shares which are LOWER than the amount that I'm expected to GROW mine. They are 120% or more to plan (which equals double the bonus $$). How's that fair?
Who is bringing home the dollars?
