Can you just pull the plug and let the boat sink ?We all know noone is buying or going to
after meeting the three stooges RA, DS and MP? One common denominator that permeates is that due diligence never goes anywhere once they delve deep into the abysmal paperwork that was left behind. Too bad, could of been a successful compound if managed properly.
