Ok, if you must. Just look at indeed, or monster, and get a linkedin account. That's it. There are tons of jobs in Phoenix, and the reps in that area are pretty stupid, so you should like your chances. In fact, you may have to "dumb down" your resume and your approach in the interview, especially if you are from the midwest or east coast. The people in AZ are very stupid, did I mention that already?
