So what exactly IS the deal with CVS vs. IMS??? News of this lawsuit really sucks, esp at a time when all of our goals have been raised 300%! You know it's pretty serious when the fearless leaders at KOWA finally admit that there is/has been a problem with our data?! WTF? As usual, the reps continue to get screwed.

CVS didn't report data in December or January.

CVS didn't report the data because Kowa told them they were only going to pay them 40% of the agreed uon price.
