He is the worst DCO, SBD, or AH in Merck vaccine history. The only difference between him and a rat is that rats can be kept as pets and are cute. TL on the other hand creates a stench whenever he opens his mouth and tries to say something factual but it sounds like he makes it up as he gpes along as he does not seem to know much other than how to have daddy get him a sweet job. That shouldn't last too much longer though as performance should count for something

He is in panic mode. He knows he can't be Todd's pet DCO with a last place ranking so he is trying to show Todd how tough he is. What a joke.
