Trying to figure out who was the scumbag named in the Allergan suit. They said it was sales. Personnel. Can't figure out what they could have taken that we didn't already know.

Wow. Go read the documents. Reps from both sides distributed spreadsheets throughout the company. (managers, marketing, etc. opened these documents and used them). And the injunction does limit some (geographically determined) therapeutic promotion of X.
