There may have been a perception of hype that did not mesh with the reality of an inferior product that needs alot of further work, but of course that is expensive, and leads to a more expensive and more slowly manufactured product. Look at the company Protein Sciences in Meriden CT to figure this one out. Dirty, sloppy insect-cell based products may have along way to go. Glaxo succeeded with Cerverix, but that's a different insect and they spent alot of money to get that approved. And it was not worth it.

The true story is way more interesting than that.

The grand jury convened yesterday, so there should be some news in a few weeks.

The next phase has started for plea bargaining. Trying to get a reduced or no sentence in exchange for complete cooperation.
