Pharma opportunities?

I have a M.S. in physiology, and I've spent about 10 years working as a medical/science reporter, focusing on pharmaceuticals during a lot of that and working for trade pubs, so I have an in-depth knowledge of medications, how they work, which companies make what, etc. But no sales experience at all. What kinds of opportunities might be available for somebody with my background? Sales? Something else? Just wondering where I should be focusing my search. Thanks.
