Company downsize start May 1

I herd from BC in hr that downsize will start in May. Managers will get 8 months severence and Reps 3-5 months depending on performance.

One week for each year of service + a standard 4 week on top of that. Job search help in addition with health insurance.

A friend of mine in B&L HR said that the reorganization isn't going to be pretty. Many low performing reps and managers will be replaced. Even some higher performing reps will be replaced to make way for Ista high performers. Mark my words. This comes straight from an HR meeting yesterday afternoon.
