Good, about time hopefully its LS and crew.

The deal is that many of the better and good people are looking and leaving. many have already resigned. People in HQ are looking as well. The lack of leadership here is unbelievable!

Many of the good people have been gone for a while now. Maybe one day RC will realize how his upper management team let the good ones go. His eyes must be completely shut to have kept the inept HQ team as well as certain managers that should have been gone a long time ago. Those that are gone seem to have found better opportunities. However, if they had felt appreciated and respected maybe they would still be here making a positive difference at Acorda.

Correct! Most in Building 8 are looking. Terrible! The new VP of Marketing has brought in an idiot and she is awful. Someone needs to WAKE the hell up. Also, Ron does not understand commercial. You cant blame him. They should look closely at Sales Ops too.

First of all, the people leaving? Good riddance? Just heard aboyt JR quitting. Jen Roan bragged about how great she was but she was a gossip and negative about her own peers and the company. This has been going on for 2 years. Adios!

You have to make the best of what you have and work together. This company breeds people who work on their own and position themselves for themselves. THEY should leave.

At least one of the negative ones is gone. It is sad that they lost some of the people who actually did care and did not fall into the JR and KC trap.
