What was the package for sales?

I do not work for Novartis, but the company I work for will be going through the same thing before the end of 2012. I like you had the greatest do nothing job ever working from 10 to 2, 3 days a week. Dont forget the drunken sexfeasts called national sales meetings!
So how much was the severence package? 1 month per year of service or worse?

By the way you articulate things and write, I am not surprised that you had a "do nothing" job. I am also not surprised that you worked from 10-2 everyday. Did you work for a lingere store or x-rated video rental store part time? That would be the place where national sales meetings were sex fests. The people that worked your hours or "did nothing" were not at Novartis very long. Their counterparts or team saw to that. No use carrying a piece of shit when you can take the time for a bowel movement!
