Cool Success @ Cadence for Dummies: The How To

1. Find New Account

2. Cold Call all surgeons offices to set up in-service lunch (most won't allow, but ask to know)
* During secretary introduction - ask who is Chief of Surgery

3. Return to located surgeons offices with PEER invite

4. Call hospital; ask for OR manager; send email PEER invite to anesthesia team

5. At PEER program, own the meeting before & after presentation. CLOSE the deal.

Somewhere in all this, you will find access to OR, Anesthesia, P&T member, etc.....

PEER programs, Speaker Programs(on hold), & unlimited in-service/lunch funds. Making the best use of these resources are the Cliff Notes to success at Cadence. If you don't get traction at one account after solid effort, move on. This drug is growing with proper time management and use of corporate resources.

All true but running out of time before shitsthefan we love task based metrics here and banked the forcast on em too bad it doesssnt work.
