Smile Barry Meier

How much has St Jude paid to Doctors in 2011? And how does that rank against other CRM companies? What were these payments made to and for, post market studies, SJM rep training centers? How do you payoff your customers and skirt the law? Any guess's on the total for the U.S. for payouts to implanters in 2011?

1. 1 million
2. 2 million
3. 5 million
4. 20 million

Showing up with his wife at my dinner programs, having his docs vote me off contract even though I wasn't calling on them, tried to get one doc to show up with them at the same restaurant at a program that he had already RSVP'd to, telling staff and docs we don't have a CRTP, going around saying our ICDs will be recalled after 1 hot pocket incident, not giving upgrade or warranty credits when due, approaching patients before procedures to persuade them to request MDT, just to name a few! All the while rolling around with this above the top holy roller persona.

It's called karma though because I just landed a 80% contract and all those simple MDT changeouts that he has been living off of are now gone.

When you say 'hot pocket' do you really mean exploding? 'Dinner program's aren't they contrary to Business conduct?
Why not just turn up with cash in your bag?

Not new, but my contract is new! I am used to getting a majority of new implants, but it will be new getting those MDT changeouts... Especially since most docs in this territory were 100% MDT about 8 years ago.
