Are there any openings? With so many people resigning or getting fired there is bound to be openings. Where are the openings and are the DMs cool?
What company car do you get? How many calls do you need to make?
Let mw know and thanks in advance!!!!

where are the open territories and when do you think they well start to interview??

Openings in West TX, Pittsburgh and Manhattan. Interviews start end of June. Company car is Camry, Volvo or SUV, plus gas card. 401k match up to 6 percent. 10k options at $2.70 per share at sign on. Great healthcare benefits. Quota for bonus is very realistic--one rep out of 150 made quota last year. Really an opportunity of a lifetime!

Re: More resignations next week
I dont go around polling people but I know plenty of others who are happy. some are scared for the future. The people I speak to are a few reps from different districts during the few meeting we have had or i have known from prior pharma companies. I agree if you do not like your boss any job can be tough. keep trying and you will figure out a happy medium.

this thing needs a "like" button; don't forget the question about the mgrs; they are SO cool and so laid back; they really just let you do your own thing, never bother you or see you; it's so awesome; when he does work with me, we pretty much just meet for coffee. Love it!

Plus, you get quality time away from your family to build bikes for disadvantaged kids and watch senior management mug for the camera during our little toys for tots expo. The tax write-off gives us all a special warm glow. Where else are you going to feel so complete?

Re: More resignations next week
The week isn't over yet! Talk to us on Friday. All of this back and forth is really dumb. Pharmacy has kept Ofirmev from being a big seller. One undeniable fact is the stock price. The market is a forward looking (if not imperfect) animal. If Ofirmev sales were taking off and if investors saw Cadence as a self sustaining organization it would not have a stock price of $2.70! Wallstreet sees the same weekly data we see. They see that nationally sales are not even close to resembling the 'hockey stick' so famously talked about at launch.
The second undeniable fact is that recruiters tell us that the market is flooded with Cadence resume's. I know of 2 reps interviewing in my district. They just haven't found the right opportunity.

Good post.
Of the eight people in my district, I know four are actively interviewing. Just a matter of time and we'll all be out there.

Can you let us know your territory when you leave? I want to pick up your accounts and get credit for $1/vial. Hopefully, turn your old accounts around along the way.
Thx

When you pry your head out of managements ass, go to the company website, then click on careers, then click on current opportunities, and you will see HSS listed with no specific locations because they aren't filling the vacancies. What exactly is in the foolaid that you are so jazzed up about $1 a vial?

Sure! I'm planning on sending an all employee email when I leave since management tries to keep it quiet every time a rep quits.

The manager in TX is the best! You'd be so lucky to have that position. Make sure you clarify the company car first though, and gas card, and 401K. Good luck!

Re: More resignations next week
Announce your territory-
I was just asking. If you're leaving, what's it to you? Not in managements ass. Just kicking ass and making big money here. I know you are unhappy. Wasn't trying to rain on you. I just want to get the free vials added to my territory and have the chance to grow new accounts. It's working where I am. Not easy, but I am getting it done.
Best of luck moving on. There are plenty of others who would take your salary and offer a new approach in your territory. This is a tough gig and not the overall fit for most like other sales jobs. That's why I like it here. Seperate from the norm Pharma job.

We're not in fu*&ing cubicles in an office environment where you can reach over and just someone else's work and get paid extra for it; no one is going to announce their territory until it is vacant; Glad to hear you are SO happy and enjoy it so much; good for you; keep it up; not everyone else feels that way; no, this is not any normal pharma job - not by any stretch!

Glad to see all the admins in corporate working hard at their desks today posting on CP Scottie must be using his Harvard MBA knowledge to counter all our valid concerns by having the girls in the office pretend to be reps who just love their jobs. Seriously, dude get out of this company and let's get someone who really knows how to run commercial! Bottom line of any company is the price of it's stock~BOD looking closely into big changes Stay tuned

Yeah, stop posting unimportant and illogical stuff on cp. This is for important stuff like blindly complaining, informing the masses and straigtening out the miss and uninformed workers that are being savagely beated abd taken advantage of by the evil doers and the axis of evil.

That's not true. People are clamoring to be on my team. When I get back from President's Club, we will hold a townhall meeting to answer any questions you may have and take the opportunity to celebrate our successful contributors one more time. Please, continue to work to wire your accounts in my absence and if you have any urgent needs, I'm always available to each and everyone of you, except when I'm snorkeling.
