Did you really think you would beat us at Allergan or even get a marketshare, especially in the first full year....you must be joking. this isnt cosmetics, its real science that affects the life of a patient. You will need time, alot of time to break habits and prove that you are better than us! BTW GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

does it matter how many vials you sell? you are being put on a pip most likely anyway if your RBD wants you to leave. or better yet, you will get threatened with a pip next month if you dont start literally begging your doctors to place an order!!

of course GT will get the blame. It's all about the numbers, the people dont matter. the RBD will not take the blame for pushing you out

Yes isn't it pathetic we are begging our docs now for business in all sorts of unethical ways because we have guns to our heads on a daily basis to sell this pos. Our docs think our mgt, home office is a joke. Presidents and CEO's of other companies laugh at our company on how they are so pip happy and say it's so 1980's, and question why this method is even used when we haven't been given a year to sell it and we are not a commission only job, we get paid on doing our job too. They say our company will never last with this type of treatment to reps. And these CEO's and presidents of major pharma/biotech companies are actually successful. How demotivating. performanced based or get out is a bit outdated but the proof is in the pudding. a few disgruntled reps,hell no-try the entire company- you shoud hear the miserable shit people here are saying in all depts on a daily basis. Start pippin' out prms and msl's and marketing too. that's a thought, but never. It's all the reps fault. Vomit.

Clearly some of us are doing rather well with this "pos". You really need to decide if you are a salesperson or not. The people on pips are the ones who are in over their head here. I haven't been a Bertek/Vernalis lifer but it looks like this is the first time our team has had a product that is a complicated sell. If you're on a pip then you probably aren't cut out for this level of sales. Quit whining and sell. There are so many quality reps out of work right now...Shit or get off the pot!

He will remain on probation for three years. No monetary fine was imposed beyond a $100 court fee.

yes almighty one, this post just makes so much sense to us all since 30 neuro reps aren't making bonus or Dysport numbers, so i guess 30 reps aren't "cut out for this level of sales". I'm going to chime in here and say that, YES, if you made a bad decision with your complicated child that you may not be cut out to be a parent. There are tons of people who are parents that shouldn't be. The difference is that you can't get fired for being a bad parent but you can for being a bad salesman

In my evaluation, i put joe c. And old John Stone in he same camp. arrogant asses! They both were extremely smug and snotty in their interaction with sales, they both had tremendously over-inflated egos... And they can both go suck balls
