This company does not care about you unless your numbers are good today. This is high pressure, you better be in the top 25-30% or you will be ridden in to the ground. Letters and PIPs are being given out left and right to good reps where LPAs and contracts have been lost, over 60% of the sales force is not making goal (which shows that nearly 10% required growth on a product is way too ambitious), and the benefits are awful. I understand the company needs to make money, but the goals and understanding of the present sales environment is not understood by management, and the drug is a no go!
Prepare for a lot of work for an underpaid specialty position.
