Believe it or not, MVD was once a great place to work and everyone loved everyone else and trust and respect were the rules of the day. Also, you could stand with your back exposed and know that no knife would be plunged into it by anyone from MVD. Boy how times have changed.

One DCO at a time. Right now we are working on Tommy the Blunder Boy Wonder. Has he done anything right since taking over a specially created region? Nope- nothing comes to mind. His time is winding down. I even got to say this without him cutting in on my thoughts- what an incredible feat!

We can sell both adult and pediatric vaccines but we are not going to get the big volume of adult doses as we do pediatric doses right away. Primary care physicians have always dragged their heals on vaccines whether it was MVD or MVID. They make their money off of maintenance care not prevention. Trying to change that mindset will take a lot of time.

Primary Care Offices are also closing their doors to reps because of the in your face aggressive tablet mentality as well, which doesn't help things.

If you stop drinking it, you will get a field visit twice a month or a PIP. You have to drink it, say yes to everything management dumps on you, give made up best practices that you stole, and find ways to undermine your fellow reps. It's the Merck way.
