Why are these employees like Chris Preti walk around these meetings and act like they're bigshots and much bigger than everyone else, including the executives. People like these who have been around a long time and continue to act arrogantly should realize they really have done nothing to help this company turn around and get back to moving forward. Their butts should be kicked!

Preti is such a tool. Epitomizes what is wrong with GSK.

What are you talking about? Chris had a vision for putting the patient at the center of every business decision, and selected a team to carry out that vision.

He's laughing all the way to the bank as he makes between $200,000 and $250,000

If you think that is all he is making, you need a new calculator.

Base + a bonus target of at least 30% + at least 2500 shares per year + other long term incentives.

Your correct. I was talking about his base alone.

The beauty of a product like ADVAIR is that you have an entire generation of leadership (maybe two) that hasn't actually really done a gosh-darn thing to impact business results. And yet, they've been convinced that their stuff don't stink.

Preti was always known as a Yes Man. His reputation is to kiss butt. He will do whatever he is asked to do. At one point, I think he cared about people, but somewhere along the line, he became full of himself.
