Is it true that GSK recently handed out thousands of dollars to all of their reps because of the high number of reps leaving GSK...retention bonuses???? I find it hard to believe that a pharma company in 2015 would do such a thing.
Liar. Happening right now in Immunology as we speak. Reps were leaving in droves so they had to stop the bleeding. Why any specialty rep would stay here is beyond me.
True First year 5K and then when oncology was sold to Novartis it was 15 K which was paid on the last pay check . Despite 15 K retention bonus many left before the deal was closed this year.
That's true I got 15K in last paycheck. What a company! I guess there's not that big a demand for primary care reps.
