We are now connecting the rods through global integration of best in class manufacturing, with a focus on development and international product approvals. Acceleration of timelines with accountability of project managers, directors, and team members that miss delivery dates of critical path objectives.

Our rods are too limp to be connected. We need to work to harden our rods so that we form solid connections that will last. What we are finding is that the shorter the rod the more solid the connection. It is much easier to connect with a colleague down the hall as the rod does not have to be as long as it is if we have to connect with colleagues in Jersey, Tampa, Irvine or St. Louis.

Maybe. It would take a lot of effort and a little gumption.
