they need to have all teams mirror each other (spec/hosp/pcp) and then sleeve everyone on pcp. then pay everyone out the same which is on total dirt.

 

If ever there was a group that was paid for no results, it would be ZS. How can this company keep making the same mistakes and, further, BI pay them?

 

BI does that constantly. For example, CSC, HSE.

 

You need to educate yourself on the results of the Spiriva attainment numbers before and after CSC.

 

CSC is to market expansion as Greta is to market intelligence.

ZS may be more responsible than any other company for the state the pharma industry is currently in. The "Reach and Frequency" model they espoused everywhere ultimately led to reps being locked out of many offices/clinics/hospitals.

ZS helps with deployment and call plans. Laros comes up with the crazy targeting and frequencies.
